So we start a job that has been already started by another builder.  He had to be told to leave the site as the work was pretty bad and I can see that he didnt really know what he was doing!  We see a lot of this and even more so just now with the amout of builders searching for work.  They are undercutting each other so much that they can’t even afford to buy the materials never mind cut corners.  Below is a picture of the foundation and partly ripped up joists to a barn conversion.  These are new lengths of timber only put in last week!!  It just looks nasty.

To the untrained eye this looks really bad! To us its criminal. If your project looks anything like this you need to get in touch with us.

We will be on this project up until about February/March time so I will be posting more pictures after building control pop by and check the progress of the demolition.
